We were pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade we received at the hotel. The room was cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed, desk, and small lamp for reading were great for getting work done. The hotel even provided a good hairdryer, bathrobe, and scales for added convenience. We loved the L'Occitan bath cosmetics provided in the bathroom. The valet parking service was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel is located in a district with many restaurants, making it convenient for dining options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The location is simply unbeatable, situated in a vibrant area filled with an array of amazing restaurants and bars. I loved being in this lively neighborhood, where I felt like I was in the heart of all the action. It definitely reminded me of trendy areas like LA or Chelsea. Plus, with convenient transportation options like Uber, exploring popular locations was a breeze.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience. With its fantastic location surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms, this hotel is a hidden gem that I would definitely stay at again.

hard to say . I do not remember anything I did like
Hotel is old, needs renewal. Lifts are chaotic. Breakfast , well , I am not sure it can be called a breakfast as one expects in this category of hotel.

The room at Clarion Faria Lima was super cozy and comfortable, with a nice big TV and a minibar for all my snack needs. I loved the fact that it had air conditioning because I can't stand feeling hot and stuffy when I'm trying to relax.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms. They just didn't give me the same refreshing feeling as a regular showerhead.

The staff were really helpful when I was having huge issues with the Internet. The breakfast was good and so were the Gym facilities
I was on the 1st floor and the noise from the street was quite loud. I think that the hotel is overpriced, but then all the hotels in Brasil are overpriced at the moment.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, offering me champagne and providing me with tips on what to do in the city. The hotel facilities were very clean and impressive, and the daily breakfast spread was outstanding. What I appreciated the most was the location: this hotel was located in a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, and some of the best restaurants in the city were within walking distance.
For us, this hotel was ideal.

We had a great stay in a vibrant area with many wonderful restaurants nearby. the room was modern, clean, and cozy, with comfortable bedding, excellent bathroom facilities, and good air conditioning. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food, including chocolate cake, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We found the lack of a metro station nearby inconvenient for getting around the city.

Spent my Christmas in this lovely hotel. the staff were super friendly and welcoming right from the start. the location was ideal as there were plenty of top-notch restaurants just short walks away. the breakfast buffet was amazing with delicious options. Lastly, the rooms were kept clean and the bed was extreme comfortable.
There were some minor inconveniences. the receptionist entered my room without knocking which made me feel a bit awkward.
